Have you ever tried Tai Chi Qigong?
Last year one of our fantastic fundraisers, Gill Brydon with Somerset Adult Learning and Leisure, raised £800 for the Help a Heart campaign through a Tai Chi Qigong event in Blenheim Gardens, Minehead.
This year they hope to top this amount and are extending the event to other venues in Somerset.
All are welcome to to come along and join in at any of these events which are being organised by Somerset Adult Learning and Leisure. Get sponsored, or just pay £1 to join in.

Sunday June 8th at 11.15am -1.00pm
Tai Chi Qigong in Wellington, Court Fields Playing Fields
Sunday June 8th at 1pm - 2pm.
